We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Dugald River Mine, a leading zinc mine operation in Australia. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge and maintain robust professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Assist leaders in effectively managing day-to-day personnel matters and harnessing the full potential of the workforce to drive the site's business goals.
  • Provide firm guidance and training on essential HR systems such as recruitment, equal employment opportunities, compensation, performance management, grievance and discipline, and employee relations to ensure comprehensive understanding and successful implementation by site leaders.
  • Contribute to developing and revising HR standards and procedures at Dugald River.
  • Participate in HR projects, including diversity and inclusion, change management, and engagement.
