Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain relationships with stakeholders and drivers, and optimize logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and allocate resources to ensure efficient fleet operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and drivers through effective communication.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Manage payroll, driver performance, leave entitlements, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Develop and implement load planning strategies to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar Fleet Management or Logistics role.
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S, CoR & NHVR legislation.
  • SAP, MT DATA, WMS & TMS skills are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
