Job Description

As a Fleet Supervisor, you will oversee a team of drivers to ensure daily operations of the fleet are timely and accurate. You will maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders, customers, and drivers.

You will communicate effectively with drivers and customers around planning, runs, and delays. Conduct proactive assessments of operations with the aim of enhancing efficiency.

Manage and monitor payroll, driver's performance, leave entitlements, and truck servicing. Load planning & optimization via solid analytical skills with the ability to systemically plan resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar Fleet Controller or Allocator role within the Transport and Logistics industry.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of OH&S, CoR & NHVR legislation.
  • SAP, MT DATA, WMS & TMS knowledge is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with good change management experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships internal and externally.
