Simulation Support Specialist

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of clinical simulations, collaborating closely with academic staff to coordinate and maintain high-quality learning environments for students.
As a proactive professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced setting, responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance, overseeing the logistics of simulation-based training and ensuring its smooth execution.
Key responsibilities include coordinating clinical simulations, maintaining equipment, and operating to industry standards. You will also be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure the successful completion of simulation-based training sessions.
- Coordinate clinical simulations and ensure smooth operation
- Maintain high-quality learning environments for students
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Oversee the logistics of simulation-based training
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with students and clients
- Ability to prioritise tasks and complete work autonomously
- Experience or ability to quickly learn preparation of simulated solutions and operation of clinical equipment
- Proficient in the use of computers and relevant software applications
