As a Customer Education Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our customers' learning experiences. You'll work closely with our Customer Experience team to create engaging educational content that empowers our customers to maximize the value of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive educational materials, including user guides, video tutorials, webinars, and interactive modules, that cater to diverse audiences.
  • Lead live training sessions, webinars, and workshops that transform complex concepts into practical, actionable knowledge.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to identify customer pain points and craft tailored educational content that addresses these needs.
  • Monitor and report on the success of our educational programs, using data to drive ongoing improvements.
About You
  • You're an experienced instructional designer with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences for SaaS products.
  • You have a deep understanding of agile frameworks and principles, allowing you to empathize with our customers' unique challenges and opportunities.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can create structure from scratch, building processes that drive customer education at Easy Agile.
  • You're an excellent communicator who can partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support.
