Insurance Claims Specialist

We are seeking a Claims Officer to manage end-to-end process within residential home building claims. As the primary point of contact, you will liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure complete ownership of customer outcomes.
About the Role:- Manage residential building insurance claims from lodgement to resolution
- Make decisions on claims within your authority
- Provide policy advice and arrange cover as needed
- Prepare and deliver clear, written communications to customers
- Track claim progress, including follow-ups and task management
- Respond to incoming correspondence and maintain accurate records
- Proven experience in end-to-end claims management, ideally in property insurance
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a sense of humour
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work within legislative and policy frameworks
- Confidence in quickly learning new systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- A professional and efficient approach to handling inquiries
