Ogilvy Sydney is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead a fast-paced account across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business and be able to work closely with the Group Account Director to deliver exceptional results.

The team is tight-knit and collaborative, with a strong focus on teamwork and open communication. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing team members, lifting the team, and supporting through workloads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients, account management teams, and creative departments.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions that meet business challenges.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget, and at the right quality.
  • Manage the professional development of direct reports.
  • Develop a strong relationship with the client and keep them informed of work in progress.

Experience & Skills

  • At least two years of experience in a creative agency.
  • Experience developing through-the-line creative solutions and campaign productions.
  • Ability to build strong agency inter-departmental and external agency relationships.
  • Sound financial management skills.
  • Demonstrate resilience, confidence, and tenacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
