Job Title: Senior Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Account Service Team at The Creative Store. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, delivering successful marketing campaigns, and working collaboratively with our Creative Director and Head of Web to ensure smooth running of agency projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and grow relationships with key agency clients and partners.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to complete projects on time, in budget, and at a high quality.
  • Manage the progression of the junior team and provide mentorship in developing Account Management skills with constructive feedback.
  • Resource Management of the creative and studio teams, ensuring client priorities are established and deadlines met.
  • Run integrated projects across digital, broadcast, and print and understand how each platform interacts with each other to support the broader client strategy.
  • Report on EDM and Website and provide recommendations or optimisation to clients for better success.
  • Lead client Weekly and Project WIP meetings, ensuring that deadlines are hit, and weekly status is provided.
  • Manage financials across retainer and project jobs, including monthly reports for your clients.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar.
  • 3+ years' experience as a Senior Account Manager.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Top notch organisational skills and able to juggle multiple tasks & projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Initiative.
