About Our Care Worker Role

We're seeking compassionate, skilled professionals who bring their skills and passion to support clients in living independently as they choose.

Care Workers will work one-on-one with clients in their home and community, completing activities including:

  • Personal care and daily living assistance like showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
  • Care provision according to Clients' Care Plans
  • Support with social and community engagement
  • Transport assistance for shopping and appointments
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proof of comprehensively insured and registered motor vehicle
  • A current Driver's Licence and willingness to drive during work hours
