Home Care Assistant Role

About the Position

We are seeking an individual with at least 3 months experience in a similar professional role to join our team in providing home care services to older members of our community.


The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care services such as:

  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing medication assistance and monitoring
  • Assisting with mobility and therapy goals
  • Providing social and emotional support
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and activities

  • Providing high-quality care and support to our clients
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care plans
