Home Support Assistant

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Assistant to provide high-quality care to our elderly clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
What's On Offer:

- Award rate of $32.74 per hour + Super + Paid KM's

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing home help services such as general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assisting with personal care services including getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed, assisting with medications, and providing social and emotional support
- Providing transport to lifestyle activities or appointments
- Helping family carers to have a break or opportunity to do other things
Requirements:
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
