Milwaukee Tools is a leading manufacturer of power tools and accessories, with a rich history of innovation and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis to support product campaign and event proposals, ensuring informed decision-making and effective management of promotional spend.
  • Engage in Category Health Review discussions, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive scenario planning to optimize volume and price mix, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate monthly NPD pricing approval processes, ensuring that pricing strategies for new products align with business objectives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, driving process efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, or relevant professional certification (CPA or CA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or business analysis, preferably in a product-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in BI and planning tools such as QLIK and Anaplan, with experience with SAP preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and MS Power Automate skills highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
