About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning Cannon Hill.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), with the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs that meet high standards of curriculum and documentation.

As a leader, you will be responsible for mentoring Educators to meet these high standards, as well as overseeing the presentation of each room in the centre to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.

We are looking for a team player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback, and reflects on best practice.

Qualifications
  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
  • A current Blue Card/WWCC
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
  • A current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
