About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. In this key leadership position, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional educational programs and leading a team of dedicated Educators.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior/Lead Educator at Goodstart, you'll:
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs tailored to meet the needs of all children.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
- Ensure every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children, with a commitment to safety and inclusivity.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
