Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

A senior-level business analyst role is available, requiring a professional with expertise in payments and banking systems.

This position will involve working closely with stakeholders to define and validate future-state business processes and requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in large-scale banking transformation programs and be skilled in capturing, refining, and managing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and validate future-state business processes and requirements.
  • Elicit, document, and maintain traceable business and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects and technical SMEs to ensure proposed IT solutions meet business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and delivery teams.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian Payments landscape (Direct Entry, BPAY, NPP, SWIFT).
  • Hands-on experience in large-scale banking transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to work in Agile and hybrid delivery models.
  • Skilled in reviewing technical solutions for business fit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
