Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Employment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Employment Plus program, you will play a vital role in supporting job seekers to secure employment opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume caseloads of job seekers and engage with 'work ready' individuals to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready.
  • Provide participants with tools and confidence to enter the workforce.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Confident self-starters who can achieve meaningful results and solve problems effectively are sought after.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations is necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving business KPIs and targets is highly valued.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office are required.
