Backend Software Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Developer to design and build impactful products that drive business growth. In this role, you will develop high-quality software features, ensuring they are secure, well-tested, and highly performant.

The Role

As a key member of our development team, you will take ownership of backend systems, continuously improving their performance and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy features and improvements efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve software features, focusing on security, testability, and performance.
  • Take ownership of backend systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy features and improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in backend development for multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS software.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring, or Spring Boot.
  • Experience with decoupled and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in fast-paced FinTech or SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in designing APIs as modular building blocks for future products.
  • Experience building workflow execution apps with technologies such as Temporal, Step Functions, or others.
  • Experience with modern User and API authentication and authorization implementations.
