Backend Software Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to join our organization. As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create software components that meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in their development journey.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code is maintained throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and advancements to our current infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend integration work within enterprise environments.
  • Extensive experience with Boomi and .Net/.NetCore, including mentoring other engineers and establishing best practices.
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture, including trade-offs, resiliency, and reliability concerns.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including debugging, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
