Financial Operations Coordinator Job Description

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization as a Financial Operations Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and accounts payable/receivable transactions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Bookkeeping, or Accounts Management
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Solid experience with Xero
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love of accuracy
  • A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
