SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Due to a department expansion, Mammoet are looking for a pro-active and analytical addition to our Australian planning & Logistics team.

The role will be based in our Henderson Head office within Perth on a Full-Time Monday-Friday basis.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Delivering administrative support to the Planning and Logistics team to aid the smooth running of shutdowns
  • Arranging training courses, VOC's and medicals for employees and create associated purchase requisitions
  • Providing support and guidance to employees experiencing issues with online inductions and field worker apps
  • Managing employee drug and alcohol testing program
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee qualifications and compliance
  • Processing leave requests and update employee availability
  • Executing travel bookings in accordance with company policies
  • Processing mobilisations via client portals including Enable, Avetta and CMS
  • Communicating with workers regarding their availability and work allocation preferences
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Resources sector recruitment, mobilisation or site administration experience is highly regarded, but it's not essential. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Professional level experience in administration and MS Office suite
  • Excellent time management skills with a flexibility to adapt to moving priorities
  • Ability to be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced high intensity environment
  • To be detail orientated and able to exercise initiative consistently
  • Advanced communication skills with a personable phone manner
