Job Description

The Head of Sales will be responsible for delivering agreed annual sales targets for loans to SME clients and Funds Under Management (FUM). Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals in both SME lending and investor acquisition
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Identifying and cultivating relationships with brokers, investors, potential clients, and key partners
  • Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership, particularly in financial services and fund management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of SME lending and the ability to develop strategic sales plans
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
