We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Governance Analyst to join our team at Uni Super. As a key member of our Data Office, you will be responsible for implementing and driving Data Governance initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Data Governance, with experience in developing and managing Data Catalogues processes and tools. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Data Governance processes, frameworks, policies, and standards across the business.
  • Develop and manage Data Catalogues processes and tools.
  • Work with the business to design and iterate processes, streamlining them to reduce effort, uplift compliance, and deliver business value.
  • Contribute to internal and external audits as needed.

About You:

  • Experience in at least 2 of the Data Management Areas (Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Risk, Data Modelling, Reporting).
  • Strong analysis experience on systems and processes in Super Industry or Fund Management.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework under which superannuation funds operate (e.g., CPS230, CPG235, CPS234, NIST, FAR, BFID, Australian Privacy Act, GDPR).
  • Strong knowledge in DAMA-DAMBOK or other Governance Control frameworks.
  • Experienced in working with SQL and Python.
  • Experienced in analysis of data across different systems and can analyze data models.
  • Experienced in data governance issue resolution.
  • Experienced with Alation or other data cataloguing solution.

What Uni Super Offers:
