  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges during the data migration process.

About You
  • Leadership Experience: Over 10 years in a Senior Manager capacity leading data migration teams in an ERP environment or similar leadership role preferably within an FMCG environment.
  • Data Analysis and Transformation: Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and transformation approach.
  • Technical Skills: Must have experience with ETL processes, Legacy System Migration Workbench, and strong knowledge of data management within the SAP landscape.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with Syniti Knowledge Platform preferred, proven skills in managing schedules and ensuring project timelines are met, excellent at working with Business SMEs and Functional Leads, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Expertise in Data Governance: Deep expertise in data governance, architecture, and quality management, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to write clear instructional aids and lead effectively.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of software development cycles and data migration methodologies.
  • Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of compliance standards like JSOX and their impact on data assets.
