Our organization is a leading provider of high-voltage infrastructure solutions, connecting renewable energy projects to Australia's electricity grid.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day construction works across our High Voltage infrastructure and associated renewable projects. As a key member of our construction team, you will work closely with the Project Manager and project teams to achieve successful completion and delivery of project work on site.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the successful completion and execution of the project scope, while managing onsite workers, personnel, and contractors
  • Supporting the management of the project in relation to the schedule and cost
  • Quality assurance of the construction works
  • Participating in project progress and close-out meetings

In addition to these responsibilities, we require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Electrical Licence
  • Previous site management experience in a substation environment, preferably on a Transgrid site
  • Proven delivery experience in completing construction scopes within a project environment
  • Demonstrated ability in leading a team and overseeing site works
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage site personnel
