Logistics Operations Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Project Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading the transition to a new third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the transition from the current logistics setup to a new 3PL provider.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones for the transition process.
- Monitor and assess performance metrics to optimize logistics operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the transition and beyond.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics management, preferably with a focus on 3PL transitions or supply chain optimization projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in the consumer goods or retail industry is preferred.
