We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for our checkout and payments experience.
This position will drive innovation across trolley, checkout, payments, and post-purchase journeys on web and app, with a focus on optimising checkout conversion, driving savings through automation and enhancing the post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive checkout and payments strategy to drive checkout conversion on Coles' web and app, ensuring successful delivery and impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Care team to co-create a roadmap for automation and self-service in the post-purchase journey across web and app.
- User Experience: Ensure a seamless, integrated user experience across web and app.
- OKR Alignment: Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve critical OKRs, including NPS and checkout conversion.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Utilise advanced analytical skills to track and optimise customer experience metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a product management leadership role, with a focus on digital retail experience.
- Data Driven: Understanding and experience in delivering customer experience metrics (KPIs) and OKRs.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale customer-focused initiatives.
- Leadership Skills: Extensive experience in cross-functional team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Digital Expertise: Strong background in digital product management.
- Education: Relevant Tertiary Degree in Commerce, or a related field.
- Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in digital product management tools and methodologies.
