- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project timelines and business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital offerings.
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing digital solutions.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams within a digital environment.
- Strong background in software development, data analysis, and QA testing.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to create and implement customer-first initiatives.
