We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Associate Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovative growth and marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, brand campaigns, offline events, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in marketing or advertising, with a passion for trends and audience insights. They should be well-versed in Google Workspace tools and possess excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for managing key agency teams, monitoring trends within dating and Gen Z culture, and providing timely reporting of post-campaign results.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist the team with planning, execution, and analysis of innovative growth and marketing strategies
    • Develop and implement effective marketing plans across various channels
    • Manage key agency teams and monitor trends within dating and Gen Z culture
    • Provide timely reporting of post-campaign results
    • Support the development of social first-campaigns and feed into Tinder's official social media pages
    • Communicate effectively with employees across the globe and manage key stakeholders within the business
    • Project management with key agency teams (media, creative, social and influencer agencies) and closely managing timelines and workflow across key projects.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing or advertising
  • Passion for marketing, trends, and audience insights
  • Finger on the pulse of Australian youth culture
  • Adept with all tools in Google Workspace
  • Highly organized with proven administrative skills and a high attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and use initiative
  • Team player with ability to build working relationships at all levels
  • Great communication skills
  • English required
