Job Title: Children's Health Support Specialist

This role involves providing support to children with complex health needs in community educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to pre-school/school aged children
  • Work 1:1 in education settings, such as pre-school, mainstream schools and special education schools
  • Support the Registered Nurse in the provision of person-centred care

Requirements:

  • Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Holds, or is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate
  • Proven experience in working in paediatrics or with clients who have complex health issues
