About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Coach to join our high-performing team at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. As a key influencer, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable outcomes for our organisation by examining and interpreting data, breaking down complex problems, and identifying patterns to inform decision-making.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have two focus areas: obtaining and interpreting real-time data, and drawing conclusions from that data to coach leaders on trends and business alterations that may need to be considered to reach a peak business operating rhythm with our current workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with users and partners to implement ActiveOps software across teams through developing a high-level understanding of stakeholder processes and workflow systems.
  • Analyse information objectively, evaluate its relevance, and draw logical conclusions to inform operational decisions.
  • Develop strategies to engage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and address requirements to achieve consistent operational productivity and performance data reporting.
  • Work closely with the Customer Enablement Division to review opportunities to support the Bank's productivity and efficiency initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis against defined performance metrics to identify efficiency gains and provide insights to stakeholders.

What You'll Need

  • Prior experience with Power BI dashboard is highly regarded.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen analytical eye and solutions-based mentality.
  • Able to learn from setbacks, persist in the face of challenges, and bounce back.
  • Self-directed learning attitude, driving initiatives to seek out opportunities for growth and taking responsibility for personal development.
  • A 'can do' attitude to actively assist in implementing a consistent set of management reporting across all operational teams in scope.

Salary

$85,000 - $105,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
