  • Maximise all conference and event commercial opportunities, fostering a culture of high-quality standards, relationship building, exceptional customer service and profit focus.
  • Review business plans, identify gaps and proactively work to fill capacity and meet commercial targets.
  • Contribute strategically to the hotels' commercial strategy and ensure departmental adherence.
  • Understand the competitive marketplace and implement strategies to keep the hotel ahead locally.
  • Account manage the hotels' regular event clients actively.
  • Lead the conference and events teams effectively, ensuring career growth and succession planning for the Event Sales Team.
  • Support and organise hotel promotional activities.
