Senior Hazard Response Leader

We are seeking a senior leader to spearhead our efforts in understanding and meeting the needs of the Emergency Management sector.
About the RoleThis is an ongoing position that requires collaboration with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will be based in Canberra, with consideration given to other locations including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Hobart.
Main Responsibilities- Develop insights into user interactions with our products and services, and inform product design for highest impact.
- Provide 7-day operational decision support to the National Emergency Management Agency National Situation Room.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate the priority needs of the EM sector through customer intelligence and managing external committees.
