Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our team's understanding and response to emergency management sector customer needs.

The successful candidate will oversee a section focused on articulating priority needs through customer intelligence and managing external committees.

  • A key focus will be on understanding emergency management and community sector user interactions with our products and services.
  • An operational team will provide 7-day a week decision support to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) National Situation Room (NSR).
About the Role

This is an ongoing role based in Canberra, with potential for Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Hobart locations considered.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Articulating emergency management sector customer needs through customer intelligence and external committees.
  • Understanding emergency management and community sector user interactions with our products and services.
  • Providing operational decision support to NEMA NSR 7 days a week.
