Job Overview

The Investor Relations Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of an investment management firm. This key position involves delivering exceptional investor servicing, accurate reporting, and efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, managing onboarding, queries, and lifecycle communications effectively.
  • Prepare high-quality investor reports, fact sheets, presentations, and responses to DDQs/RFIs that meet the highest standards.
  • Support meetings, briefings, and roadshows with materials and data room coordination to ensure seamless execution.
  • Process trades, applications, redemptions, distributions, and capital calls in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform daily reconciliations and support cash management and unit registry processes to maintain financial integrity.
  • Maintain dashboards on AUM/FUM, fund flows, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by adhering to AFSL/ASIC obligations.
  • Contribute to automation and process efficiency by maintaining CRM and operations systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in investor relations, fund operations, or financial services is required.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills are essential, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AFSL/ASIC obligations and investment operations is necessary.
  • Proficiency with Excel, CRM systems, and fund administration platforms is expected.
