About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in investment operations. The successful candidate will provide Level 1-3 application support for leading asset managers and superannuation funds.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Aladdin, trading or funds management environments, and possess strong stakeholder engagement and troubleshooting skills.

  • Proficient in SQL for querying and investigating data issues
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and job scheduling tools such as Autosys
  • Knowledge of SFTP, API logs, and ETL workflows
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Geneos, Splunk, and AppDynamics
  • Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL)
