Inventory Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cycle counts and stock audits to ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Process stock discrepancies and maintain inventory calendar YTD for 100% count accuracy.
  • Maintain min and max levels for pick face clients and conduct regular audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of WMS systems.
  • Forklift licenses (High reach/counter balance unit) is an advantage.
