Job Opportunity: Stock Management Specialist

A fantastic chance exists for a skilled Stock Management Specialist to take on a newly created role in an exciting organization based in the Toongabbie area.

This position will suit someone with a deep understanding of stock management processes, ideally with 2-3 years experience gained in a manufacturing environment working to best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate stock levels for all production materials
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure accuracy for critical items
  • Carry out periodic reviews and bi-annual stock takes
  • Identify opportunities to improve stock management processes and implement lean solutions
  • Replenish stock as required

About You:

  • 1-2 years experience in a stock management position
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable but not essential
  • An analytical thinker with a good understanding and passion for systems
  • A sound understanding of stock management processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside the box and solve problems
  • Team player with problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously
