**Stock Manager** at their
**Birkenhead Point **outlet location.

In this role, you will expand on your stock management skills to drive stock operations and manage replenishment and fulfilment. You will utilise your reporting skills and knowledge to deliver results and work towards inventory and operational goals.

**The Role**
- Competitive Salary - $64,000pkg + Product Discounts
- Support the Store Management team with replenishment, merchandising, and reporting.
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and analyse stock reports to identify areas of opportunity.
- Maintain stockroom organisation and adhere to OH&S policies and procedure.
- Assist the Store and Merchandising Management team with merchandising and markdowns.
- Monitor and work towards KPI's.
- Balanced rostering offering work life balance.

**About You**
- Stockroom management experience.
- Stock experience managing large volumes of stock in a high turnover environment.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proven experience achieving KPI targets and goals.
- Thrive in a busy and fast paced environment.
- Exposure to inventory and stock reporting.
- Physically capable of lifting and manoeuvring heavy objects for long periods of time.
