Selective Exam Prep Specialist

As a dedicated Selective/Scholarship Entrance Tutor, this role entails preparing students for success in their exams by providing targeted tutoring sessions and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Instructional Delivery: Engage students with focused instruction, ensuring effective learning and exam preparation.
- Customised Learning Plans: Develop tailored strategies to cater to each student's unique requirements, enhancing their performance and progress.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track student progress, offering constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Tutor and team members to align tutoring strategies with curriculum objectives.
- Educational Background: Completion of or current enrollment in a Selective High School with a minimum of 2+ Superiors or 2+ Top 20%'s, or holding a Scholarship at a Grammar school with a minimum of 25% scholarship or above.
- Testing System Familiarity: Proficiency in one or more testing systems: ACER, EduTest, Selective High School, SEAL, HAST, NAPLAN, Opportunity Class.
- Availability to work on weekends.
