Intermodal Logistics Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the growth and optimization of our intermodal operations across multiple sites.
Job OverviewThis is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of intermodal logistics in Australia, working closely with a high-calibre leadership team to drive safe and scalable change nationwide.
About the Role- Lead the development and execution of strategies to establish and scale intermodal operations in other Australian states.
- Champion a safety-first culture across all sites, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and internal protocols.
- Deliver commercial and service outcomes that align with customer expectations and company values.
- Partner with Transport, Commercial, and Site Operations teams to ensure end-to-end delivery efficiency.
- Oversee site leadership teams, creating a high-performing, engaged workforce.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles within transport, logistics, or intermodal operations.
- Proven track record in leading multi-site teams and scaling operations nationally.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and experience embedding safe systems of work.
- Extensive experience in operational leadership, strategic planning, and P&L accountability.
- Collaborative and influential leader who builds high-performing teams and drives accountability.
