">We are seeking an experienced and driven leader to oversee our intermodal operations across Sydney, Melbourne, and regional NSW, while charting the next phase of establishing a national footprint.

">Key Responsibilities:
">1. Lead the growth and optimization of intermodal operations across multiple sites, focusing on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
">2. Develop and execute strategies to establish and scale intermodal operations in other Australian states.
">3. Champion a safety-first culture across all sites, ensuring adherence to HSE legislation and internal protocols.
">4. Deliver commercial and service outcomes that align with customer expectations and company values.
">5. Partner with Transport, Commercial, and Site Operations teams to ensure end-to-end delivery efficiency.
">6. Oversee site leadership teams, creating a high-performing, engaged workforce.
">Requirements:
">1. Minimum 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles within transport, logistics, or intermodal operations.
">2. Proven track record in leading multi-site teams and scaling operations nationally.
">3. Strong commitment to workplace safety and experience embedding safe systems of work.
">4. Extensive experience in operational leadership, strategic planning, and P&L accountability.
">5. Collaborative and influential leader who builds high-performing teams and drives accountability.
