Job Title: Senior Manager, Student Integrity and Conduct
">This role will lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to student conduct and integrity.
The jobholder will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and implement effective student conduct and integrity processes aligned with strategic priorities.
About the Role:
The Senior Manager, Student Integrity and Conduct will provide expert advice and leadership on student conduct, complaints, and integrity matters, ensuring compliance with Higher Education Threshold Standards and sector best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading a high-performing unit responsible for student integrity, conduct, and complaint case management.
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, staff training, and systems related to student grievances, misconduct, and complaints handling.
- Overseeing investigations and complex case management, including serious matters such as Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment.
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on student conduct trends and complaint data to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Postgraduate qualifications combined with extensive relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional expertise are essential.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of customer protection, privacy, and administrative law, and the ability to apply this within the Higher Education Context is crucial.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to mentor high-performing teams, build trust, and communicate complex information clearly across diverse audiences.
