The ideal candidate will have postgraduate qualifications, combined with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional expertise.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive effective student conduct and integrity processes aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and leadership on student conduct, complaints, and integrity matters, ensuring compliance with Higher Education Threshold Standards and sector best practices.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing unit responsible for student integrity, conduct, and complaint case management, ensuring efficient workflows, professional service delivery, and timely resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement through development, implementation, and review of policies, procedures, staff training, and systems related to student grievances, misconduct, and complaints handling.
  • Oversee investigations and complex case management, including serious matters such as sexual assault and harassment, ensuring integrity, fairness, and accountability throughout the process.
