Lead Student Integrity and Conduct Specialist

This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and review of policies and procedures related to student grievances, misconduct, and complaints handling.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence effective student conduct and integrity processes aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Provide expert advice and leadership on student conduct, complaints, and integrity matters, ensuring compliance with Higher Education Threshold Standards and sector best practices.

  • Lead a high-performing unit responsible for student integrity, conduct, and complaint management, ensuring efficient workflows, professional service delivery, and timely resolution.

  • Drive continuous improvement through policy development, implementation, and review, as well as staff training and system development related to student grievances, misconduct, and complaints handling.

  • Oversee investigations and complex case management, including serious matters such as sexual assault and harassment, ensuring integrity, fairness, and accountability throughout the process.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on student conduct trends and complaint data to inform strategic decisions, support institutional reporting requirements, and contribute to sector engagement and reform.
