Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas. As a Community Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering speech pathology services to NDIS participants, fostering their development and supporting the broader team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to participants in their homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities.
- Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to develop treatment plans that meet individual needs.
- Participate in monthly peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer:
- A competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- An attractive remuneration package including annual car allowance, laptop, smartphone, and performance-based rewards.
- The flexibility to work 20 hours per week (minimum 3 days) to full-time, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A current membership with SPA as a Speech Pathologist.
- The ability to work autonomously in the community while being part of our multidisciplinary team.
- A passion for delivering quality evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
