Senior Disability Support Speech Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at The Benevolent Society, a leading provider of disability support services.
The successful candidate will be working with individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, providing high-quality assessments, interventions, and therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Speech Pathologist who is committed to delivering person-centered care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
In this role, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with a diverse range of professionals, including occupational therapists, behavior support practitioners, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia;
- A valid driver's license (a tools of trade car will be provided);
- Experience in applying evidence-based practice frameworks to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate clinical supports;
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team;
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues;
