About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide essential speech pathology services to individuals with diverse needs.

Job Summary

This role involves delivering high-quality speech pathology interventions in community settings, including homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive speech pathology services to clients in their preferred locations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans that promote client outcomes
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
  • Participate in peer supervision and professional development opportunities to maintain expertise
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Flexibility in selecting your working hours, from 20 hours per week to full-time

Requirements
  • CURRENT membership with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA)
  • Ability to work autonomously in community settings while maintaining collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Possession of a passion for delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
