Role Overview
As a Speech Pathology Professional, you will be part of a rapidly growing team at Ability Action Australia, dedicated to providing high-quality supports to NDIS participants in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas. In this role, you will utilize your exceptional clinical skills to deliver much-needed speech pathology services, fostering the development of others within the team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech pathology services to NDIS participants, including home, school, work, and residential facility visits
- Conduct clinical observations and standardized assessments, interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals
- Participate in monthly peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team, including OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs
