VENUE MANAGER DUTIESAs Venue Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the successful day to day operation of the branch, including: Overall customer experience ensuring all customers have an excellent experience Staff management including hiring, training, rostering and payroll Game room operations including ensuring equipment is working and charged at all times Premise management including maintaining a high standard of maintenance and cleanliness, ordering supplies and maintaining cash and stock reconciliations Acting as a Game Master as required Venue Manager hours are Thursday to Mondays and hours are typically 10am to 6pm or 12pm to 8pm depending on bookings.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT FEATURES: We are seeking the best and most engaging Venue manager– if you are a motivated individual with previous operations management experience, great customer service skills and a passion for people, then get in touchEnthusiastic, engaging and keen to provide customers with a great experience.
