We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Mackay, Australia. As a Fire Services Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining fire suppression systems on our significant mining fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain fire suppression systems to the highest standard.
  • Work across multiple sites, providing consistent quality work.
  • Make recommendations for maintenance improvements.
  • Stay updated with technical and product changes.
  • Perform adhoc inspections and repairs during spare time on site.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Certificate 2 in Fire protection Inspection and Testing.
  • A current driver's licence (Standard 11 certification is desirable).
  • A proactive attitude toward safety and a commitment to fostering a positive safety culture.
  • Effective communication with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal personnel.
  • Responsible operation of a vehicle on public roads.
